Reality Shifting – How to dissolve current and shift into ideal

Today I want to share with you how to shift to your ideal reality by dissolving your current one. A lot of people struggle with this (I myself included) where we get stuck to our current state of things and as a result, our focus deviates from what we truly want.

When I started off in entrepreneurship, this was especially true. I would keep focusing on my professional career, my day to day duties in the job and my frustration with it. With this resistance, there was limited attention to what it is that was actually wanted, so because of this I was stuck trying to grab at the next biz opportunity to help me get out.

The primary focus was on: getting out, rather than moving towards.

This is what keeps everyone rooted to their current reality. We focus more on what we want to avoid, than what we would like to experience and move towards.

quazi here in this video i’m going to
show you how you can shift to your ideal
reality but with a slight twist to it
what you’re going to learn from this
video is also how to dissolve your
current reality
so that you can focus on fully moving to
your ideal reality without resisting
what is
this is going to be something that’s
very very important to you in your
journey especially if you’re in a
transitory period in your life
you know let’s say you are transitioning
or wanting to transition out of a nine
to five into entrepreneurship but you
see that you keep resisting your
full-time job
and you don’t really know how to
coordinate your internal state of being
to focus more on movement towards rather
than movement away from
this was something that was absolutely
crucial for me that helped me transition
out of my full-time career
and i know it’ll help you do the same so

video i want to talk to you about
shifting
to your desired reality okay and what
that really means
most people want to shift to their ideal
reality and we’ve been taught
concepts about parallel realities and
this quantum space
so just to give you a quick recap a
brief overview
if you will your reality and reality in
general
works in a sense that there are many
different parallel realities that can be
manifested based on the thought
the feelings and the emotions and the
energy that you’re radiating
a certain sector of it is being
manifested okay if you’re
stuck in an undesirable reality it’s
because of the thoughts and energies and
the karmas that have been
you know in play up until this point so
based on that the frequency that you’re
emitting
through your internal world you’re
experiencing a certain facet
of this reality you can completely
change that and
while this change won’t be immediate
because of the concept of time
it’ll start to play itself out over time
and unfold slowly
but the problem is when we focus on what
we want we can’t keep it up for long
enough
this is what we call the delay time if

this video i want to talk to you about
how to make this shift and dissolve this
current reality that you’re experiencing
what you’ve got to know is that most
people they resist their current reality
that’s the biggest problem
most people their resistance to their
current reality is stronger than their
actual desire to wanting to move towards
their ideal reality
please keep this in mind most people
resist
their current reality okay so what do i
mean by that
to give an example when i wanted to
go out of my nine-to-five and wanted to
start up my own
business and do something that gives me
time financial freedom
i came from a place of i hate my nine to
five i don’t want to be here
instead of a place of i want to create
something beautiful for my life
so i was predominantly in this
resistance mode and i was just
you know reaching my hand out to see
what i can grab
okay i was in scarcity mode
and i didn’t have and then this from
this place of lack
i wanted to experience what i wanted to
experience
so you can see how defeating that is
because what’s happening is when you
keep staying stuck in this resistance
mode
your attention is now on get away from
life doesn’t distinguish between
what you want and what you don’t want
okay your attention has
three qualities the first quality is
that positive attention it’s what you
want
it’s what you want to move towards it’s
that pleasure okay
the second quality is the resistance and
the negative
attention it’s what you want to move
away from
every single desire that you have right
now
is born out of a place of resistance
really think about this
when you look at your bank account and
you see that it’s running low
you want to make more money when you
look at yourself in the mirror and you
don’t look good enough
you want to go to the gym get fitter
and then when you look at your
nine-to-five and you don’t like it
you want to get out of it get into a
better job or you know
get to financial freedom and start up
your own business all of these desires
are actually born out of resistance
but the problem is we keep drumming up
this resistance
more and more instead of just ignoring
it and neutrally observing it which
brings me to the third quality of
attention
which is neutral observation okay
this is just a circle with no charge in
it
positive and negative attention have the
power to attract reality
okay so understand that reality doesn’t
distinguish between what you want to get
away from and what you want it just
focuses
on the content of your focus not the
nature
of your focus i’m going to say that one
more time reality focuses
reality manifests the content of your
focus not the nature of your focus
you can say you know you can really
understand this and say oh i hate money
you know if reality doesn’t care what
you love and what you hate it just gives
you more of the content of your focus
then
i hate money well that doesn’t work
because you can’t sincerely hate money
no one can sincerely hate money so it
doesn’t quite work like that
you’ve got to be sincere in your hate
you’ve got to be sincere in your love
towards something
so you’ll get a lot more of what you
hate and a lot more of what you love
okay this is how positive and negative
attention work
neutral attention on the other hand has
the power to dissolve reality
what do i mean if you look at
ancient yogic science
and how reality works in their scheme
they have this concept called karma
why we live in this current lifetime is
because of what we call our prarabdha
karma
okay this is the current allotment in
this lifetime of your karma
if you live naturally and you just
observe everything and you live
you know just unconsciously you’ll
naturally undo this current allotment of
karma
okay you will undo this current
allotment of karma just by neutrally
observing things
so what neutral observation does is it
allows you to dissolve your current
reality
okay you keep moving in the direction
that you want to be moving
so if we were to really
demonstrate this it would kind of look
like this
every single desire is born out of a
place of resistance
so if we have two graphs you know if you
can see this
we have one bar chart here let’s say
this is resistance
and then we have another one here
which is desire at the same level
this is what you’ve got to understand
whenever resistance goes up
along with it also desire goes up
okay whenever you resist your current
reality
at the same time unconsciously your
desire also goes up
but the problem is your focal point is
more on resistance
than actually on desire so
this is the negative one and this is the
positive one right
these are both proportional to to one
another
whatever you resist you will want to
move to the opposite of that
but the problem is we keep drumming up
our resistance
when we look at the mirror and we see
ourselves fat
or we don’t like the way we look we keep
focusing on that little bit instead of
focusing on what is working well with us
do you know what i mean
when we look at our bank accounts and we
don’t see money we keep hammering on oh
look i don’t have any money
i don’t have this and i don’t have that
and i’m not good looking
that’s what we keep focusing on oh i’m
not good enough that’s what we keep
focusing on
instead of places where we are good
enough right instead of places where we
oh look money is coming in here
oh look the bills were paid for and
because we keep focusing on what’s not
working
the scales build up on one side it just
keeps building up on one side
and our focal point keeps moving more
and more towards this
if we just shift our focal point from
this to this then there’s a possibility
of forward movement now
now the possibility of intention comes
up okay so
this leads to intention desire
is like a potential desire is potential
intention without desire there is no
intention
right you’ve got to have desire first to
intend to move forward in a certain
direction
so this is why people you know like
napoleon hill when think and grow rich
you know he talks about oh you must
build a massive desire to something
but desire by itself is useless
resistance by itself is useless
this is how it moves from you begin
first at resistance you look at your
nine-to-five you don’t like it
then you people who do move forward
smart people
they focus on their desire well i don’t
want the nine to five what do i want
instead i want a life of freedom
okay how can i move forward towards that
right
life of freedom what does that life of
freedom look like
this is the focus on intention intention
is the focus on the movement towards the
goal
desire is just focus on the movement no
desire is just to focus on the goal
itself
okay i want you to remember that
intention focuses on the actual movement
along lifelines towards the goal that
you have and desire is just focusing on
the goal itself
both are needed but the problem is most
keep staying stuck in this
so now you’ve got to ask yourself with
every single thing that you want in your
life what’s your predominant focus
you know in every single day what are 99
of your thoughts going to what’s more
than 50
of your thoughts going to is it going to
resistance
or is it going to the actual desire of
where you want to move towards
this is important this is what you’ve
got to keep an inventory of
because if you keep focusing on your
desire now the possibility of moving
towards that desire even arises
okay so i want you to remember that this
is the biggest thing most
miss now you might be asking well
in my nine to five how can i focus on
what i want and act as if i’m an
entrepreneur
if i’m still stuck in my full-time job
it’s very simple
it’s the same thing with this quality of
attention right
you look at your nine-to-five and you
have a resistive attitude towards it
you know you’re resisting it you’re like
oh i don’t want this i i should be doing
my full-time job etc and etc
instead of just neutrally observing it
and letting it be
now you’re resisting it so because you
resist it again remember life
cares about the content of your focus
not the nature of your focus
so the more you keep resisting it the
more you move towards that nine to five
give you an example when i wanted to go
towards entrepreneurship
my primary focus was to get out off and
i kept resisting oh i have to go back to
my professional engineering career
and i have to do this and do that that i
don’t like for the rest of my life oh
god that sucks
what can i do to get out of this what
can i do to get out of this
the focus is what can i do to get out of
this not what can i do to move towards
that
see what i mean so that’s why i stuck my
hand out and tried to grab the stock
market trading
you know try to grab x y and z tactic
shopify drop shipping all of that
stuff and none of it really worked
because i was coming from the wrong
place
until i really started to see what what
do i want
you know what does my heart truly want
not what my mind wants what do i
genuinely want for my life what would i
not regret doing for the next 10 years
as opposed to using something as a means
to an end
right that’s what you’ve got to get
clear on
so when i started to really just look at
my
nine to five as oh this is just a
temporary stage in my life where i’m at
i know it’s gonna change
i know i’m gonna move towards something
that i actually want to do
so i just neutrally observe it i just
calmly observe my nine to five and even
though
i’m i’m in my nine-to-five i carry out
what’s necessary for me to do
while at the same time putting focus on
what i do want to move towards this is a
very very subtle distinction
okay so make sure you keep this in mind
now i want to share with you the
three keys to really consolidate all of
this and make this
practical and applicable to you key
number one as we discussed
whatever is let it be let
whatever is just be don’t try to let it
go
don’t try to do this and don’t try to do
that just let it be it’s kind of like
you have a boil
on your on your shoulder and instead of
trying to pick at it every two seconds
you just let it be and it goes away it’s
like you
have kind of like a sickness instead of
thinking about it 24
7 and being like oh life would be so
much better if i didn’t have this
sickness just let it be
let that sickness be it’s going to go
away with time just like you’re 9-5 just
like your full-time job
it’s going to go away with time but
you’ve got to keep your focus on what
you do want to move towards
you focus on being healthier you focus
on having your shoulder without that
boil
but not coming from a place of
resistance you focus on what life looks
like when you do move forward towards
that
so this is how you choose your attention
right you choose your attention by
accepting what is
and now the choice even becomes
available to you
if you keep staying preoccupied with
resisting you don’t even have a choice
the way you were to put your attention
because your attention is now on the
negative but if it’s
neutral now you can choose what you want
to put in this box in this circle
okay so please understand that whatever
is just let it be
this is the first step the number one
thing you’ve got to do in order to make
a change in your life
you’ve got to take full responsible
responsibility for where you are right
now in your life
and then focus on what you want to move
towards
which brings me to the second key focus
on what is
wanted
focus on want
this is simply just redirecting your
focus from that resistance
to what is wanted changing
your attention from now i’m neutral
so let’s see what i do want right so
now your inventory of attention consists
of
neutrally observing and moving towards
resistance is not even there anymore
when resistance is not even there
anymore
there is no moving backwards you
eliminate
99 of the obstacles that would be in
your way
110 of the time we’re the only ones who
get in our way
nothing else is in your way no lack of
business
models no lack of tactics and strategies
no
lack of anything is getting in your way
it’s just you
it’s just you’re focused on the wrong
thing so because of that you keep moving
towards the wrong things
right you have no conscious control over
your attention
that’s what you need to do get conscious
control over your attention
neutrally observe what you don’t want
don’t resist don’t fight it
there’s no point the more you fight the
stronger it grows and then direct your
focus on what is wanted instead
number three this is the biggest key
that’s actually helped me
move forward towards entrepreneurship
and starting up my own business
weighing the scales okay what do i mean
by that
weigh the scales
in a biased manner
so you double down on what you actually
do want
you double down on what you want more
than what you want to avoid
what do i mean by that it’s why i keep
emphasizing
about expanding your comfort zone more
and more
you keep making these uncomfortable
decisions you know you
make that uncomfortable decision to quit
your job and fully double down
on your passion right so uh when i was
making my youtube videos i made them as
though this was my full-time thing
when i was doing it i was in the state
of okay this is my full-time thing this
is what i’m doing full-time
and over time your frequency you know
your attention
because of that you start to shift to
that lifeline this is how you make a
shift within that lifeline you
completely double down
with all your thought energy with all
your feelings
you’re completely energetically there
your mind and your heart are completely
in that direction
of what you want to move towards that’s
when this momentum starts to generate
over time as you keep doing this
now you generate momentum and it starts
to compound on itself
okay so where this scales
you know make those uncomfortable
investment decisions make that
uncomfortable
the biggest the most uncomfortable
decision for me was when i graduated to
just go full time into my
uh business and just completely skip
that part
even right now as i’m growing my
business you know the the biggest
uncomfortable decision for me is to hand
over the calls that i did to a coach
that i’m training
because i know i need to do that i need
to keep doubling down on what i want in
order to move forward
or else i’m just going to keep moving
slowly and slowly and i’m going to keep
staying stuck in the same situation
for the next two to three years five
years as opposed to
you know going very very quickly this is
why i was able to quickly move from zero
to 100k a month in my business within
the first 11 months
right not because i was skipping and
trying to like
grow slowly but because i always doubled
down
this is why we see people in the reality
mastery program become so successful
with what they want because they just
completely
double down and completely have faith in
that direction they want to move towards
so what do i really mean by that just to
consolidate this for you you know um
i could have just done my full-time
career and on the side just made youtube
videos
and tried to grow my channel and my
business that way but i knew that
wouldn’t be sustainable
because if i tried to do both of the
things at the same time my intention
would get spread out
because now i have less time available
to fully focus on the business
but part of me will be like oh my boss
said to do this
i’ll just be doing two things with half
attention as opposed to doing one thing
with full attention
so it’s never going to be an easy
decision once you decide to invest in
yourself
you know and you join a really expensive
program that you know is going to help
you it’s never going to be an easy
decision
it’s never going to be an easy decision
when you make the decision to go
part-time
in a job that you’ve been full-time or
you decide to totally quit
and rely on your savings and you just
double down on your business
the people who have seen become the most
successful are the ones who’ve taken
that big risk
with big risks come big rewards and
without that risk you’ll always be
wondering what if what if i did this
what if i actually double down on my
dreams as opposed to
you know holding on to that sense of
security that i have right now
okay and with that i conclude this video

good things that would come
if we move towards our desired reality

so when i started i would keep thinking
about how i can get out of my
nine-to-five rather than get into
entrepreneurship that life of freedom
that i want
and creating that vision that i have
once i shifted that focus that’s when
that forward movement started happening
understand that your attention is three
qualities positive negative
neutral positive and negative
attention have the power to attract
reality
neutral attention has the power to
dissolve reality
when you neutrally observe what it is
and completely just accept your nine to
five
now the possibility becomes available
for you to focus that positive attention
on what you want to move towards
and we talked about how resistance along
with
you know itself builds up desire too
but it’s just that this focal point
always goes to resistance
we always look at what we don’t have
enough of rather than what we do have
enough of
right looking at the glass half empty as
opposed to half full
and when you do move to desire now
intention becomes available which
actually causes the movement
towards your goals and the three keys we
talked about to actually making this
happen
number one whatever is just let it be
don’t try to
let it go and don’t work on resisting it
hating your job isn’t gonna
help you move towards business
and entrepreneurship it isn’t the more
you are
neutral to your current state of things
the more you have a chance and a shot at
moving towards what is wanted
number two shift that focal point to
what you want
number three weigh the scales and double
down on what you do want make those
uncomfortable decisions
that sort of show you that you’re
completely in this
it’s kind of like burning the boats
you’ve got to know when to burn the
boats and when to create a safety net
because if you don’t it’s always going
to be just you and your comfort zone
and not experiencing a little bit larger
than what you’ve been accustomed to
okay and with that i conclude this video

but the proven stuff isn’t working for
them because they’re not ready to
